• 2 1/2 cups mozzarella, shredded and divided 
• 30 oz bag tater tots
• 5 oz Mini Pepperoni

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. 

2. Cook the Italian sausage in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks, until no longer pink. Drain the grease.

3. Stir in the sauce and Italian seasoning. Spread into the bottom of a greased 9×13 baking dish. 

4. Top with 1 cup of Mozzarella. 

5. Arrange a layer of tater tots over the cheese.
