Helpful Tips for the Best Zucchini Tots
- Pat zucchini very dry: Too much moisture will cause soggy tots.
- Don’t overcrowd the pan: Space allows them to crisp properly.
- Use Italian breadcrumbs: Adds built-in seasoning.
- Press gently, not flat: Keeps the tots thick and tender inside.
- Try air frying: Cook at 375°F for 10–12 minutes for extra crispness.
